Overall very good. It was unfortunate that 2 consecutive restaurants served exactly the same food - tomato soup and toasted cheese sandwich!! Also it was a little disappointing that the Broken Tulip provided just a cup of soup as well. Perhaps with the Richmond summer heat, some additional coordination with the restaurants is needed so that guests dont have 3 restaurants serving hot soup!!

While I'm glad you enjoyed the tour for the most part, the main attraction is definitely the food and unfortunately it sounds like what you were served is certainly not what is advertised. The goal of the tour is show you the best that Carytown has to offer and while I know that the menu is subject to change, I agree that on a hot summer day in Virginia, they can certainly do better than just soup. I'll definitely pass your feedback on to our tour partner to better serve future guests.

Staff on site very friendly and helpful to keep everyone safe and having a good experience. Booking experience was super easy, maybe related to the time difference with the group that does the booking.
