When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 3:30 PM

Essential Information
  • Drivers must be 21 years or older to drive
  • Guests 16 years and older may be able to drive with another adult 21 years or older
  • All guests MUST have photo identification
  • Waiver required
  • Snacks and bottled water are included
  • Safety equipment is also included
  • A refundable damage deposit will be collected at check in

This experience lasts approximately 2 hours.

What To Wear
All riders must wear closed toe shoes and long pants are recommended. All riders must wear a helmet so please place long hair in a low ponytail.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
