  • Virgin Experience Gifts voucher must be redeemed for Boston All-Inclusive Pass prior to visiting any attractions
  • Pass is valid for consecutive days indicated on the pass after first use
  • Children 2 years old and under do not need a pass
  • Children's pricing is applicable to children aged 3-12 years old
  • Availability of specific attractions may vary based on the season or day of the week
Duration
Your Pass by Go City is valid for 2 consecutive days once it is used at the first attraction. Go to as many attractions you want to each day, and make repeat visits!

Do I need to pick which attractions I want to visit once I redeem?

You don't have to! You can pick and choose attractions as you go, so that you can see what works best for you during your time in Boston.

Does the Go City Boston All-Inclusive Pass include transportation between attractions?

No, transportation is not included with your Pass. However, some attractions do take you around the city, like the CityView Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley.

How will I receive my Go City Boston All-Inclusive Pass?

Once you have redeemed your Virgin Experience Gifts voucher for a Boston All-Inclusive Pass, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Pass. At each attraction you visit, simply scan your pass at the designated ticketing area. 

How do I know when the attractions are open?

As the availability for each attraction varies, your Pass confirmation gives you access to a convenient app that can help you plan out your trip, including information on open dates and times, addresses, and even directions!

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have redeemed, it is final and is not eligible for a refund or exchange for any other Virgin Experience Gifts experience. Once your Pass is activated by visiting your first attraction, your pass will be valid for the number of consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) indicated on your pass.
