    Weather Dependent
    Tour will be cancelled if there are winds over 30 MPH, visibility 3 miles or less, and ceilings below 800 feet. If the tour is cancelled due to weather, please contact tour provider for rescheduling.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather.

    For this experience, our partners are taking added measures to help ensure the health and safety of their guests and crew. For this experience, our partners are requiring all participants to wear a face covering. If you do not have one, you may purchase one for about $2.50. Each participant must have a temperature under 100.4 degrees. All individuals are required to wash their hands upon entering the facility. Headset microphone muff covers will be discarded after each flight. There is a potential fee of $15.00 to cover the headset replacement that can be paid upon arrival directly to the experience provider. Our partners kindly ask that if any participants are not feeling well, that they reschedule to a later date. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    Are there any weight restrictions?

    Yes, each individual participant cannot exceed 300 lbs. In addition, the combined weight of all participants (up to 3) cannot exceed 600 lbs.

    Is the gratuity included in the price?

    No, gratuity is not included in the price but is appreciated if you enjoy the tour.

    What all is included in an extreme heli tour?

    For this extreme experience, you will fly at greater heights than normal helicopter tours. In addition, the doors will be off and you will experience 30-degree bank turns.

    Is there an age limit?

    No, all ages are welcome on this tour.

    Can we bring cameras?

    Yes, you can absolutely bring a camera, but it must be secured with a strap if doors are off. 

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
