Children 4 years old and younger that will be sitting on an adult's lap are free of charge, but must be noted at the time of booking

Please make a note at the time of booking if you are interested in seeing a specific landmark, the pilot will try to accommodate your request
Gratuity is included in the cost of this experience

Duration

30, 45, or 60 minute flight, depending on the option selected. Please note that flight time is calculated from engine start to engine stop. This includes the time it takes to get from the ramp to the runway and back, before takeoff and landing.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience with the experience provider directly. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.

What an adventure! In a day filled with wonderful activities to celebrate our 1 year anniversary, my wife and I took an aerial tour of New Orleans via Cloud 9. The customer service on the part of the pilot, Wayne, was incredible - brilliant sense of humor, super kind, and very courteous. The ride was unbelievably smooth and afterward my wife and I both remarked that it felt like we were floating above the city without a care in the world. I would highly recommend this experience to others looking to see the city from a new perspective.
