    What To Wear
    Casual attire is recommended but you can dress for whatever occasion you like!

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19.  These measures include strictly adhering to all CDC Guidelines, Government Mandates, & Public Health Official Recommendations. Employee health screenings are being conducted prior to starting employee shifts and PPE is being provided to all staff in adherence to state and local regulations and guidance. Appropriate PPE will be worn by all employees based on their role and responsibilities. All employees will receive comprehensive training on COVID-19 Safety & Sanitation protocols and compliance procedures regulated by management. Our partners have great industry leading cleaning & sanitizing protocols in place. They are using cleaning products approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. They've secured an uninterrupted supply of approved cleaning products, hand sanitizer and necessary PPE. The frequency of rigorous cleaning and sanitizing has been increased throughout the entire experience with an emphasis on high traffic areas. They are performing a thorough disinfection before and after each tour. Our partners will have hand sanitizer available at all entry points and throughout the entire experience for customers and employees. They are requiring guests to wear masks in accordance with Broward County mandates. Masks are required for entry and available for purchase at check in. Our partners are highly encouraging social distancing throughout the experience.  Plexiglass barriers are installed to ensure separation between guest and employee where applicable.

    Additionally the check In, embarkation, and disembarkation process have been enhanced to promote social distancing and limit contact. The food & beverage service format has been changed to limit contact and promote social distancing in accordance with all mandates. Our partners are strictly prohibiting outside food and beverages. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
    Yes, there is a full-service bar on the Tropical Isle and on the ship. All passengers purchasing and/or consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years old with a valid photo ID.
    Can we bring outside food and drink?

    Unfortunately, no. You cannot bring any outside food or drink on this cruise. There are beverages and snacks available on-board as well as a full-service concession stand on the island serving hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, etc.

    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given but rescheduling your dinner cruise is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your boarding time. You must reschedule your cruise for a date within one year of the original booking. Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
