When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
April - October:
Daily - 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

November - March:
Daily - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must bring photo ID and credit card
  • Helmets, baskets/bike bags, locks, illustrated maps are included
  • Participants must be at least 16 years of age to ride an eBike
  • Attachments such as double trailers and tag-a-long bikes are not permitted for safety reasons
  • Roadside assistance is available if there are any issues with your bike
  • Pick up and drop off from any of the experience provider’s locations
Duration
This experience is available for one day during the provider’s regular business hours.

What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress appropriately for expected weather conditions.

Do I have to wear a helmet?

The experience provider does require all riders to wear helmets on the tour as safety is a top priority.

Can I use a baby seat for my child?

Baby seats for children over 1 year old are available to rent along with your bike. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know if you'd like to add a baby seat at the time of booking.

Are there any age restrictions?

No customer under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
