When Do I Choose A Date?

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

First Course:
Quinoa Salad with romaine lettuce, English cucumber, avocado & radish cilantro lime vinaigrette

Second Course:
Classic Clam Chowder - potato, cream, smoked bacon, thyme
Entree:
Stuffed Chicken Breast - feta and provolone cheese, kalamata olives, red bell pepper, garlic mashed potatoes, braised spring greens

Pan Roasted Salmon - charred tomato, mushroom, kale, sweet potato

Phyllo Pie - wild mushrooms, butter beans, peppers, spinach roasted bell pepper sauce, vegetable rice pilaf

Braised Short Rib - roasted garlic-mushroom ragout sauteed rapini, potato gratin

Dessert:
Philadelphia Cheesecake Flan, Apple Crisp with roasted walnuts, cider syrup & whipped cream

What time do I board the ship?

Boarding time is usually 30 minutes prior to departure. Please check your boarding time on the confirmation email.

What happens if it rains or snows?

The cruise takes place indoor and will sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, we will remain dockside.

Are there vegetarian options available?

Yes, vegetarian meals are available and can be arranged at the time of booking. Please let us know at time of booking if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions so that accommodations can be made.

Are gratuities included in the price package?

Gratuity is included for the meal, but not on additional (alcoholic) beverages.

Is there pre-assigned seating?

As you board, our captain and marine crew will direct you to your deck. From there the host/hostess will show your party to your assigned table(s). Decks are never guaranteed to non-private groups. Seats will be assigned based on needs and capacity for each cruise.

Are there any age restrictions on your cruises?

There are no age restrictions and kids under 3 cruise free of charge. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know at the time of booking if you will be bringing a child under the age of 3.

What kind of entertainment is on board?

The dinner cruise offers dance floors and a variety of music - from the dance hits of the 40's through today as well as a variety of jazz standards and popular favorites.

Can I bring cakes and flowers on board?

Cakes that do not require refrigeration may be brought on board. You will be charged a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee (price is subject to change). Small flower bouquets are allowed.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
