When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Sunday - 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Essential Information
  • General admission entry is included
  • Rainbow light diffraction glasses are provided
  • Kids 3 years of age and under are free
  • Children must be accompanied by adults at all times
  • Must sign waiver to participate

Allow at least 45 minutes to one hour to fully enjoy the experience.

Is this experience handicap accessible?

Yes. The majority of the Mix-Tape experience is ADA wheelchair compliant. It is intentionally designed to offer people with vision loss and hearing loss a fully immersive, meaningful experience. Many spaces mimic "sensory rooms" designed to offer people with autism a fully immersive, meaningful experience with little stress. Please let your experience provider know of any special needs at the time of booking so that accommodations can be made.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, this experience can accommodate most strollers.

Will there be restrooms available?

Yes. Family restroom and changing tables are available.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
