Just yourself. Towels, showers, soap and shampoo, ear-plugs, etc. for your float will be provided at check-in. If you have long hair, you may want to bring a hair tie and comb for after your float.

People with claustrophobia consistently report no problems with floating. You’re always in control of your environment and can choose to float with the pod open and room lights on.

The highly sterile salt water is fully filtered three times between each float through a 1 micron pool filter (that’s 1/100th the diameter of a human hair!) and is sanitized with a disinfectant and UV light.

The float tanks have been tested with floaters weighing up to 350 pounds who have been able to float without issue.

Customers aged between 13-17 are required to have a parent or guardian accompany them, sign the release waiver and remain on-site for the duration of the float. Customers under 13 are required to have a parent or guardian sign the waiver and remain in the room during the float.

Not only is it safe but it’s encouraged! Some say floating is “a pregnancy must!” Floating allows you to escape the added stress and weight of pregnancy by being in a weightless environment, taking the strain off your body. We have also heard testimonies that it is an awesome way to bond with your baby.
