When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID
  • Includes 8 wine samples or 10 beer tastings, and dinner small plates at 3 local venues
  • Round trip transportation from your Grand Rapids hotel is included
  • All beer or wine tasting fees and gratuities for your servers are included
  • Gratuities for your tour guide and driver are not included
  • Enjoy 10% off retail wine or beer purchases
  • Must have a minimum of 8 participants

How much beer or wine provided?

Choose to visit 3 local beer or wine bars. 10 beer tastings are included and 8 wine samples depending on which package you choose to book. 

Are kids allowed?

No, you must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate on this tour. 

What should I wear?

It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather. Also, because breweries are active production facilities, closed toe shoes are highly recommended. 

Can food allergies and dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes! Our experience providers will do their best to accommodate any allergies or restrictions that you may have. Please contact Virgin Experience Gifts prior to booking to ensure your needs can be met. 

How many stops does this tour make?

This tour will visit three locations over the course of four hours. You'll spend approximately 50 - 60 minutes at each stop.

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately the vehicles used for transportation cannot accommodate wheelchairs. This tour also visits breweries that can be cluttered and may feature tight spaces and/or obstacles.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 14 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
