You’ve heard of goat yoga, but how about sheep meditation? During this 1-hour session, you’ll slip into a peaceful state of mind, all while meditating alongside gentle rescued sheep!
Beginning at Charlie’s Acres, a non-profit farmed animal sanctuary, you’ll meet your experienced instructors. They’ll introduce you to a few resident sheep before showing you the basics of safe animal handling. Yoga mats will be provided, so all you have to do is relax and get ready to connect with nature.
Breathe in as you listen to the sanctuary’s soothing sounds and crystal singing bowls. This is not only an opportunity for you to find inner peace, but also a chance for these animals to experience healing interactions with humans. After your session, feel free to stick around and meet even more rescued residents!
