When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year Round:
Friday through Monday - 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Guests must be at least 36” tall when accompanied by an adult, and at least 52” tall when unaccompanied by an adult
  • All guests should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure
  • This experience is not recommended for expectant mothers
  • Guests who have a condition which may be triggered by strobe lighting should not ride
  • Guests must be able to fit comfortably within the ride car to allow the safety restraint bar to function correctly
Duration
The ride lasts approximately 4 minutes, you will spend about 20 minutes per ride from entry to exit.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
