When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information

Total experience lasts about 3 hours with approximately 45 minutes of flight time.

Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions. In the event that the flight is cancelled due to weather, you will reschedule directly with the experience provider.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Leather boots or hiking shoes are recommended, but sneakers are also fine. You will also want to bring a spare t-shirt for after your flight.

What are the age and health requirements to fly?
No experience is necessary! Your expert pilot will make sure you have the knowledge and confidence you need before handing over the controls of the jet.
Not necessarily! You and your expert flight instructor will come up with a flight plan prior to take-off. At this time, you can discuss whether you'd like to try some aerobatic maneuvers and/or if you'd like to man the controls yourself. A flight in a fighter jet is a rare opportunity and it's entirely up to you how you want to enjoy it!
You must be at least 18 years old to fly. You also need to be in good health (e.g. no serious back problems, high blood pressure controlled by medication, not pregnant). The weight limit is 300 pounds and height limit is 6'5" for the experience.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation no refunds will be given. However, cancellations and rescheduling can be done with at least 7 days, notice prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel or reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked flight, will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
