When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

June - October:
Daily - 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 4 years of age for the easiest course and be able to perform specific safety tasks independently
  • Supervision and level restrictions on all courses for participants under 13 years old
  • Maximum weight is 260 lbs
  • Participants must sign a waiver to participate
  • Participants must be in relatively good physical condition
  • Restrictions may apply based on medical conditions 
  • Harness, helmet, gloves and instruction are provided

This experience lasts approximately 3 hours.

Maximum Participants
This experience is available for up to 20 participants per trip. Multiple trip times are offered each day.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to watch from the ground.
Weather Dependent
This experience runs rain or shine with the exception of severe weather. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
What To Wear
Wear closed-toe shoes (required) and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and is appropriate for the day’s weather. (No skirts or dresses.)

Are there age or weight restrictions?

Yes, participants must be at least 4 years of age and weigh less than 260 lbs. There are supervision and level restrictions on all courses for participants under 13 years old.

What should I wear?

Your guide will provide the harness, helmet, gloves, instructions, and an amazing time!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed 30 days prior less a processing fee or rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience
