When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- Participants must be at least 21 years of age with valid photo ID
- Participants must sign a waiver to participate
- Rafts, helmets, paddles, and personal flotation devices are provided
- Wetsuits, booties, and nylon splash tops are available at no extra charge
- Transportation to and from the river is provided as well as the wine tour
- Dinner at the campsite is included
- Camping gear is not included; Participants must bring their own tent, sleeping bag, etc.
- Alcohol is not included; Participants must purchase any beverages or additional food
- Tasting fee is not included, however it will be waived if you purchase a bottle of wine

This experience lasts a day and a half.

Weather Dependent
Trips run rain or shine with the exception of severe weather. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
What To Wear
Wear your swimsuit or appropriate clothing for the weather and activity that you don’t mind getting wet. Wetsuits, splash tops, and booties are provided, but if you have your own wet shoes or other gear, feel free to bring them. Also, bring a towel and a set of dry clothes to change into for the beer tasting and camping.

For the rafting portion of the trip, your guide will provide the rafts, paddles, personal flotation devices, helmets, wetsuits, booties, and splash tops. Transportation to and from the river, transportation along the wine tour, and dinner at the campsite will all be provided.
Yes, you will need to bring your own tent, sleeping bag, pillow, etc.
Bring a bottle of water to take on the raft, sunscreen, some cash for last-minute needs and a fleece top (if it is a cooler day, or if you get cold easily). Also, please bring a towel to leave in your car for after the trip. And if you have your own river gear or wet shoes, feel free to bring them. Please do not bring keys, phones, or anything you might lose on the river. There will be a secure place to leave your car keys.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
