    Essential Information
    • Minimum age is 12 years old
    • Participants under 18 must have a signed parental consent form
    • Must be at least 54” tall
    • Valid form of ID is required for age verification at check-in, 
    • Ride-along participants do not need to acquire Track Insurance
    • A 25-minute safety class, helmet and all safety equipment are included
    • Access to the Pit Area, photo ops, and ice-cold water is included
    • This experience is not recommended for anyone with pre-existing health conditions that could be distressed by G-Forces and high speeds
    Duration
    Time at the track is approximately 2 hours.

    Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. Our Product Management team handpicks top-rated experience providers, removing the guesswork for you and ensuring your peace of mind.
    Maximum Participants
    For up to 3 participants so long as each participant has purchased a ticket.
    Spectators
    Family and friends are encouraged to come along and share the experience! Spectators will be able to watch from a few designated viewing areas outside the event. Pit passes are available on the day of the event for an additional $10 per person (anyone under 12 years old is free) for any spectators who want to be close to the action!
    Weather Dependent
    This experience is dependent on the weather. Please contact your experience provider with any questions about the weather.
    What To Wear
    To participate you must wear flat, closed-toe shoes and be sure to dress appropriately for the weather.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. These measures include providing hand sanitizing and washing stations throughout the track, disinfecting the interior and exterior of all vehicles after every drive, and providing every participant with a clean head sock. The team at the track will disinfect helmets after every use and require every participant and spectator to wear their masks throughout the event. All driver and spectator areas will be held outdoors and attendees are asked to stay at least 6 feet apart throughout the event.

    Our partners recommend bringing your own chairs, snacks and waters as the concessions may not be available. Please plan to use cash free payment methods to protect all guests and employees. Our partners kindly request that all participants may be accompanied by a maximum of two guests and those who are feeling symptomatic or have traveled to a high-risk area to reschedule your experience. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    Are there any age restrictions?

    Riders must be at least 12 years old and 54” tall.

    How many passengers are allowed?

    Three passengers are allowed in the car at one time.

    What car will be used for the high-speed ride along?

    The car used for this high-speed ride along will be either the Chevy SS or the Dodge Charger Hellcat Widebody.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    No refunds are allowed once you have scheduled a date. Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to your booked date and time, subject to a $50 rescheduling fee (per booking). Once you are within 7 days of your booked date and time, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee (per booking). Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule in advance will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
