When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-round: 
Mondays  - 8:00 AM or 11:30 AM
Fridays - 11:30 AM

*Times may vary by season

  • No flying experience required
  • Participants must be at least 15 years old
  • Participants must be no taller than 6'6"
  • The maximum weight limit for this experience is 250 lbs 
  • Participants must weigh at least 100 lbs
  • Complimentary in-flight video included
Duration
Depending on the option selected, 1.5-3 hours with 20 minutes of flight time or 3 hours with 45 minutes of flight time.

Maximum Participants
One participant per flight. Up to 18 flights per day
Spectators
Spectators are allowed on the day of the experience. Children under 12 will not be allowed in briefing area during briefings.
Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any weather related questions.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable lightweight clothing and closed-toe shoes (no heels or cowboy boots). A flight suit and helmet will be provided.

How long is the ground instruction?

The ground instruction should take approximately 30 minutes.

What are the requirements for participating?

No experience necessary. All participants must be at least 15 years old, no taller than 6'6" and weigh no more than 250 lbs.

What is included?

For this experience, a safety briefing, an amazing flight and even a complimentary video package are included! 

Is it a requirement for me to speak and understand english?

Yes! It is a requirement that participants must be fluent in English (both comprehension and spoken).

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings for this experience are final, no exchanges are allowed. If a cancellation is made 72 hours or more prior to your booked date, you will be able to reschedule. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to your booked date, you will lose the value of your experience.
