Essential Information
- A foursome is required in order to reserve a round
- Green fees are not included in the cost
- Segway rental, training, and support during your golf round are all included in the price
- The training that is included in the experience will take place 1 hour prior to your scheduled tee time
- Must be at least 12 years old with a minimum weight of 100 lbs and maximum weight of 260 lbs
- Riders must not be under the influence of alcohol
- Riders under 18 must have a parent sign a waiver and participate along with them

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to your experience at no charge. Once you're within 48 hours of your experience, cancellations and rescheduling are not allowed and failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your experience is canceled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule your experience directly with the experience provider.
