When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
  • A helmet and all safety equipment are included
  • Valid form of ID required for age verification at check-in
  • Participants must be at least 12 years of age with a signed parental consent form if under 18
  • Participants must be at least 54" tall and no more than 6'5"
  • Participants cannot exceed 350 pounds
  • This experience is not recommended for anyone with pre-existing health conditions that could be distressed by G-Forces and high speeds
  • Photos and video of your experience are available for purchase at the track on the day of your experience
Duration
Time at the track is approximately 2 hours.

Maximum Participants
For up to 3 participants so long as each participant has purchased a ticket.
Spectators
Spectators can watch from designated viewing areas. Pit passes are also available on the day of the experience for an additional cost (children under 12 years old are free.)

This experience is weather dependent.
What To Wear
To participate you must wear flat, closed-toe shoes, long pants and be sure to dress appropriately for the weather.

Are there any age restrictions?

Riders must be at least 12 years old and 54” tall.

How many passengers are allowed?

Three passengers are allowed in the car at one time.

What car will be used for the high-speed ride along?

The car used for this high-speed ride along is the Dodge Charger Hellcat Widebody.

Can I use my own GoPro or drone at the track?

No. Personal cameras have the chance of falling, so they can’t be mounted or attached to the vehicle, driver, or rider. Drones are not allowed per racetrack’s rules. However, there are multiple photo/video options available for purchase on the day of your experience.

Who should avoid participating in this experience?

This experience may not be suitable for individuals who:
Have pre-existing health conditions that could be distressed by G-Forces and high speeds
Are pregnant
Have high blood pressure
Are prone to motion sickness
Have heart/neck/back issues
Have had recent surgery/a medical condition which could be aggravated
Are hearing impaired
Have prosthetic/casted arms, neck, legs, hands, or feet

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
