When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Monday through Friday - 1:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday - 12:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Tour must have a minimum of 4 participants to run
  • Gratuity for the guide is not required but is appreciated
Duration
Approximately 2.5 hours.
Experience Provider Info
Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. Our Product Management team handpicks top-rated experience providers, removing the guesswork for you and ensuring your peace of mind.
Maximum Participants
You will be accompanied by other tour participants, with a maximum of 18 per tour. For groups larger than 6 please contact Virgin Experience Gifts directly for pricing.
Spectators
This experience is only for those on the tour.
Weather Dependent
This experience will take place in all light weather conditions. In the rare event of a heavy snowstorm, a hurricane or other extreme weather your experience provider will reschedule your tour with you.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for weather and walking.

The tours will take place in all light weather conditions.  In rare circumstances such as heavy snow, a hurricane or other extreme weather you may reschedule your tour with the experience provider.

I live in the city. Is the tour still good for me?

Absolutely! On this tour, you will explore hidden places that you probably don't know about, have the opportunity to meet food experts and learn many new things about food. You'll see some of the coolest spots in the city and experience your hometown in a new way.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Your guides are happy to accommodate vegetarians, dietary restrictions and special needs. Please make a note when you submit your booking request of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
