When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Thursday - 4:00 PM to 8:15 PM
Friday - 3:30 PM to 10:45 PM
Saturday - 11:00 AM to 10:45 PM
Sunday - 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 10 years old
  • Children ages 16 must have at least one adult be a participant in the room with them
  • Max number of participants is 4-8
  • There will be theatrical lights and sounds
  • Possibility of getting clothes dusty, wear something you don't mind getting dirty
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 1 hour.

What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. High heels are not allowed.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellations are allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
