    Essential Information
    • One passenger per flight
    • Must be at least 10 years old to fly the plane
    • Participant must weigh no more than 275 lbs
    • Participant must present a valid form of ID
    • Helmet with communication headset will be provided
    Duration
    Approximately 30 or 60 minutes of flight time, depending on the option selected.

    Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience.     Maximum Participants
    1 passenger per flight
    Spectators
    Spectators are encouraged to watch the take-off and landing from the airport terminal. There may be an opportunity to take photos and ask questions about the aircraft, if escorted out of the terminal by the pilot.
    Weather Dependent
    This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. Passengers typically will want to wear a jacket and light gloves if flying outside of the summer months. Closed-toes shoes and sunglasses are recommended.
    Do I need previous flying experience?
    No! This is an introductory flight and your pilot will make sure you are in good hands.
    Are there any weight restrictions?

    Yes. Participants must weigh 250 lbs or less to fly.

    Can I bring a camera or video recorder on my flight?
    Absolutely! You must keep control of the device, however, so it does not blow out of the open cockpit. It is best to have a wrist strap. Time permitting, there may also be time to hook up external camera systems (GoPro cameras, etc.) Please contact your experience provider directly to make arrangements.
    What is the difference between the 30 and 60-minute flight options?
    During the 30-minute flight, your pilot will let you take the controls and teach you how to execute basic maneuvers. If you upgrade to the 60-minute flight, you'll have more time to do whatever you choose! You may want to continue to practice your own flying. Or, if you want to squeeze in some thrills, you can hand the controls back over to the pilot to execute some aerobatic maneuvers! It's totally up to you!

    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your pilot.
