When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:

Monday - 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Wednesday through Thursday - 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Friday through Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 5 years of age
  • Participants under 18 must have a guardian present to sign their waiver
  • All tools, materials, and supplies are provided
  • Candles will be ready for pickup 3 hours after pouring or can be shipped for an additional fee
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 1 hour.

Do I need candle making experience?

No prior experience necessary, beginners are welcome and encouraged.

Is there a minimum age limit?

Yes. Because the candle pouring workshop includes handling hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 5 years or older to participate.

Can I bring food and alcohol to enjoy during the workshop?

Alcohol is permitted so long as you are over 21 with a valid ID. However, no outside food is allowed.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
