When Do I Choose A Date?

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Spectators

Spectators are encouraged to watch the take-off and landing from the airport terminal. There may be an opportunity to take photos and ask questions about the aircraft, if escorted out of the terminal by the pilot.

This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.

What To Wear

Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. Passengers typically will want to wear a jacket and light gloves if flying outside of the summer months. Closed-toes shoes and sunglasses are recommended.

Will I be cold in the open cockpit?

It is recommended to bring a light jacket with you, but it does depend on the season and weather for the day. During the summer months, a jacket is not always needed. Gloves during cooler months are recommended.

Can I bring a camera or video recorder on my flight?

Participants may bring a camera on board; however it is recommended to use a secure wrist strap.

Are there any weight or age restrictions?

The passenger must weigh no more than 275 lbs. To ensure the parachute fits correctly, this flight is suitable for anyone under the age of 8.

What is the difference between the 30 and 60-minute flight options?

During the 30-minute flight, your pilot will give you the thrill of a lifetime as you perform barrel rolls, point-rolls, hammerhead turns and more. If you select the 60-minute option, you'll have time for all that plus you'll have the opportunity to man the controls yourself. Or, you could simply enjoy some relaxed flight time and soak in the views... it's totally up to you!

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your pilot.
