    Essential Information
    • No e-bike experience necessary, but you must know how to ride a standard bicycle
    • Helmets, e-bikes, spring water, cargo bags, and ponchos are provided
    • Please bring your own water bottle
    • Must be at least 16 years old to operate an e-bike
    • Participants between the ages of 8 and 15 may ride as a passenger on an electric cargo bike
    • To operate an e-bike, riders must be at least 5-feet tall
    • Participants cannot exceed 350 pounds
    Duration
    This experience lasts approximately 3 hours and covers about 13.5 miles.

    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Please dress appropriately for expected weather conditions and bring layers.
    What should I bring with me?

    Bring sunglasses, a water bottle, sunscreen, and a camera. You’re welcome to wear your own helmet if you want.

    Will there be a place to put my stuff?

    Each bike is equipped with a rear cargo bag that you can use to store some items. This bag is about the size of a shoebox and includes a rain cover. 

    How difficult is the ride?

    This ride covers approximately 13.5 miles and is rated as easy to moderate. You also can adjust how much pedal assistance you’d like from your e-bike. You can choose to get a workout or relax and let the motor do the work for you!

    Do I need any E-bike experience?

    No prior E-bike experience is necessary. You must be able to confidently ride a standard bike.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
