When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Essential Information
  • 250 pound per passenger weight limit, subject to combined passenger weight limits
  • Combined weight for groups up to 5 passengers cannot exceed 1,000 pounds
  • Children younger than 2 years may ride on their parent's lap if they safely fit
  • Passengers under 18 years require parental consent
  • Tours are wheelchair accessible with prior notification
  • There will be a $35 per person airport facility fee (subject to change) that may be paid to the experience provider directly on the day of the experience.
  • If you select the transportation option, it is available for anywhere in Manhattan and includes round-trip transportation to and from the airport
Duration
Plan to be at the airport for a total of 45-50 minutes total with approximately 30 minutes of flight time (engine start to engine stop).

The experience provider can't accommodate non-flying customers on the premises due to airport security.
Weather Dependent
This experience is weather and helicopter maintenance dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, your pilot will work with you to reschedule your experience.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Please avoid wearing any loose articles of clothing (i.e. scarfs, hats, etc.) which could fly away around spinning rotors. Sunglasses are recommended.
Is this experience wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Temporary ramps can be used to facilitate access to the helicopters, with advance notice. Please let us know at the time of booking if anyone in your group will require special arrangements.
Are children welcome on this tour?
Absolutely! This tour is great for all ages. Children younger than 2 years may ride on their parent's lap, if deemed safe by the pilot in command. Anyone aged 2 years or older will need to have their own seat. Please contact the experience provider prior to your scheduled flight with any questions or concerns regarding this.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes, but picture-taking is not allowed until you're seated in the helicopter. Due to airport security restrictions, passengers are not permitted to take any photos of airport property. Photos in front of your helicopter will be taken by the experience provider and are available for purchase after your flight.
What are the combined passenger weight restrictions?

Combined weight for groups up to 5 passengers cannot exceed 1,000 pounds

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to your experience, but are subject to a $50 fee per person. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather or aircraft maintenance, you will reschedule your experience directly with the experience provider.
