When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:
Tuesday through Thursday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old
  • Socks are required to enter the salt cave
  • No food or drinks (including water) allowed in the salt cave
  • Bring your own towel 
  • Before your sauna session, you should drink a minimum of 8 ounces of water
  • Cell phones are not allowed inside the sauna

What To Wear
For the salt cave, loose, comfortable clothing is recommended and socks are required. For the sauna, wear a bathing suit or t-shirt and shorts. Bring your own towel.
What is halotherapy?

Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, is a form of therapy that uses salt to improve mental and physical wellness. Fine particles of pharmacy-grade salt are breathed in and absorbed through the skin. Breathing in salt can help eliminate toxins from the lungs and help you to breathe easier. This form of therapy can help alleviate the symptoms of asthma, arthritis, pneumonia, psoriasis, eczema, and more! Halotherapy is also a 100% natural and drug-free way to help reduce stress and anxiety. 

Can I talk in the cave?

Once the session has started, the cave becomes a quiet zone with no talking. If your group has reserved the entire salt cave for themselves, you may talk as much as you like!

What is the temperature of the cave?

Between 68-72F or 17-20C. Blankets are provided to keep you warm and cozy. This temperature is needed in order to maximize the effects of halotherapy.

Is there sound and music inside the cave?

Very soft, gentle music is chosen with a view to encouraging deep relaxation.

How does Red Light Therapy work?

When you expose your skin to red light, a part of your cells called mitochondria soak it up and make more energy. Your sauna uses a blend of near, mid and far-infrared heater technology. These three technologies will maximize the benefits of your session. 

What should I do before a sauna session?

Drink a minimum of 8 ounces of water to prepare your body for an increase in core body temperature. You may also like to take an electrolyte drink.

What should I do after an infrared sauna session?

The Cool Down: After your Sauna Session rehydrate with at least 8 ounces of water. You may also like to drink an electrolyte drink to replace minerals. Dry off and cool down naturally, or have a shower when you get home.
