When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

What is the accessibility of this experience?

SPYSCAPE staff are available to assist any visitor in engaging with our interactive exhibits. SPYSCAPE’s entrances, galleries, retail spaces, café, and restrooms are accessible via wheelchair and walker. A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. For guests arriving with a wheelchair or a walker, the SE Corner of 55th St. and 8th Ave. has sidewalk access ramps. Service animals are welcome inside SPYSCAPE.

Can I bring my kids?

While all ages are welcome, the exhibits at SPYSCAPE are designed for adults and teens, but may be enjoyed by some children ages 8+. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. 

What is included with this experience?

This package includes entry into the SPYSCAPE Museum only. It does not include entry into the exclusive Batman experience. 

Can I bring a backpack?

Please limit the number and size of the items you bring. All large backpacks and bags are required to be stored in our coat room. Storage lockers are available in the coat room free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Storage lockers are 11.5”x19.5”x24”. Items that are too large for the lockers will not be permitted inside.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
