When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

  • If you choose to host your event in an alternate location, additional travel fees will apply which will cover your fragrance expert's travel time and associated costs
Duration
A private workshop for 1 person will last approximately 1 hour. Workshops for 2 people or more will last approximately 90 minutes.

What To Wear
This is your experience, dress as you wish!

What is used to make the perfume?
Natural ingredients are used such as flowers, herbs, plants, woods, fruit, spices, resins, balsams and leaves. To create new aromas not found in nature, Synthetics are used to create original scents and many new molecules are compounded in the lab to reflect nature.
Is this experience for men and women?
Yes, the workshop is designed for men and women to create your own custom perfume, Cologne or aftershave. You will bottle your perfume in your own designer purse spray or elegant men's canister.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to your booked date with a fee equal to 50% of the purchase price and is based on availability.
