When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Daily - you may use your pass for 24-hours once activated

Tickets are valid for 24 hours once they are activated.

Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. Maximum Participants
This tour is available for up to 60 participants per bus.
Spectators
This experience is for booked participants only.

Do I need to make a reservation?

You do need to reserve your spot for the Statue of Liberty Cruise, but no reservation is required for the bus tour.

How long are my tickets valid for?

They are valid for 24 hours once they are activated.

Which routes are my pass good for?

Your pass can be used on the Downtown, Uptown & Harlem, and Liberty Cruise routes.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have redeemed your voucher for a ticket, it is final and is not eligible for a refund or exchange for any other Virgin Experience Gifts experience. Your ticket is valid for 2 years. Customers can reschedule a date or transfer ticket to friends and family through the experience provider.
