    This whitewater rafting trip lasts approximately 7 hours.

    Maximum Participants
    This experience is available for up to 6 participants per raft. Larger groups can reserve more than one raft.

    Weather Dependent

    What To Wear
    The weather changes dramatically throughout the New Mexico rafting season. It can be significantly colder in the spring, so synthetic layers are always a good idea. Please wear water shoes, sneakers or other shoes (no flip-flops) that can get wet and stay on your feet well. Be sure to wear sunscreen and bring a set of dry clothes to change into after the trip. Wetsuits and splash jackets are available at no extra charge.

    No, you do not need experience.

    What should I wear?

    Your guide will provide the rafts, paddles, personal flotation devices, and helmets for the rafting portion of the trip.

    What about dietary restrictions?

    Menus have been carefully crafted to be inclusive of a variety of dietary preferences. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any specific restrictions at the time of booking to see if accommodations can be made.

    Are there restrooms or changing rooms available?

    You’ll find clean restrooms and changing rooms at the start and end of the trip, plus shaded picnic tables and any last-minute items you might have forgotten, including sunscreen, water shoes, hats, and much more.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, rescheduling and cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
