Your workshop will begin with an introduction in stained glass design. Learn the basics of what makes a strong design, and then get ready to create your own unique suncatcher ornament! Once you’ve finished your pattern, choose from a variety of glass sheets featuring different colors, textures, and effects.
With the help of your expert instructor, trace your design onto the glass sheets, score the pieces, and then carefully break the scored piece off of the glass sheet. After you’ve cut out all of your pieces, you’ll discover how to connect them all together using techniques such as copper foiling and soldering.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a beautiful glass ornament that is ready to hang in your front window or even on your Christmas tree. Every time you see it, you’ll remember the wonderful time you had during this Stained Glass Workshop!
