Essential Information
  • Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid drivers license 
  • All participants must be able to enter and exit the car on their own and be in good health
  • Drivers must be a minimum of 5'0'' tall and 100 pounds
  • Drivers cannot exceed 6'5" or 325 pounds
  • All safety gear is included
  • Includes a custom photo plaque, in-car video package, and a vehicle protection policy (with a $1000 deductible)

Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent.
What To Wear
Dress comfortably for the weather in long pants and a t-shirt. You will be required to wear a partial racing suit over your clothing and a helmet. Please wear sneakers or rubber soled shoes. NO open toed shoes are allowed.
What is the age requirement?

Participants must be at least 18 and have a valid drivers license.

What is the policy on rain-outs?

If your experience is canceled due to inclement weather, the experience provider will contact you and either immediately reschedule you for another available date, or issue you a gift card valid for 1 year. A refund will not be issued due to rain-outs.

Are there any height or weight restrictions?

Yes. Participants must weigh at least 100 pounds and be a minimum of 5' tall. Drivers cannot exceed a height of 6'5" or 325 pounds. All participants must be able to enter and exit the car on their own and be in good health. 

Is the vehicle protection insurance included?

Yes, the vehicle protection is included but there is a $1000 deductible. All damages after $1000 will be covered by the experience provider.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
