When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- Round trip hotel transportation is included from select hotels: Golden Nugget, Circus Circus, Treasure Island, Wynn, Aria, Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, and Excalibur
- Maximum individual weight is 300 lbs (passengers weighing 300 lbs or more will be charged for an additional seat)
- Due to the increased fuel prices, participants may be required to pay a fuel surcharge on the day of the experience (between $5 - $25 per person)
- Each participant 18 years of age or older must present a valid photo ID
- Flight availability and times may vary
- Tours are offered in multiple languages
Duration
The flight from engine start to stop lasts approximately 70 minutes. The entire experience with round trip shuttle service lasts approximately 4 hours.

What should I bring?
You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing a scenic airplane tour showcasing the highlights of the Grand Canyon.
There is no weight limit, however individuals weighing 300 lbs or more are required to purchase a second seat.
Bring your photo ID. All passengers 18 year of age and older are required to have one in order to go on the tour. Also, don’t forget your camera. The views are incredible.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
