This tour is able to accommodate some disabled passengers, but it is not guaranteed. You must be able to enter and exit the aircraft on your own. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any special accommodations needed at the time of booking to see if arrangements can be made.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Once you have received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
