What To Wear

What type of helicopter will we be flying on?

All flights are on a Robinson R44 helicopter.

Are there any restrictions to participate?

Participants must weigh less than 300 lbs. Total combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 550 lbs. 

Is there a minimum age to participate?

There are no age restrictions, but children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have submitted your booking and received a confirmation, all bookings for this experience may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to your booked date. Once within 72 hours of the booked date, all bookings are final. If you experience is cancelled by the experience provider due to weather or a maintenance issue on the aircraft, you may reschedule directly with the experience provider.
