  • Participants must weigh no more than 300 lbs
  • Combined weight of all passengers not to exceed 550 lbs
  • Passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children 2 years old or younger can sit on the lap of a parent or guardian, but children 3 years old and older must have their own seat
  • Passengers over the age of 16 years old must have a valid photo ID
  • Book during December and January and enjoy the holiday lights!

Spectators
Allowed, friends and family are encouraged to come watch! They might not be able to see the entire flight but can see the takeoff and landing.

What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions.
Is there a weight restriction?

The combined weight total of all passengers cannot exceed 550 lbs and individual weights cannot exceed 300 lbs. 

Is there an age requirement?
Passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children 2 years old or younger can sit on the lap of a parent or guardian, but children 3 years old and older must have their own seat.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
