When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Duration
Approximately 30 minutes of ground school with 1 hour of flight time from engine start to engine stop.

Spectators
Friends and family are welcome to watch from the shore. However, there is no seating available.
Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent and may needs to get rescheduled if there is heavy rain, high wind, or low visibility. Please contact your experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have been confirmed for this experience, rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours prior to your booked time. Any cancellations must be done at least 14 days prior to the booked date. Once you are within the 72 hours prior to your booked time, the booking is final and no changes can be made. Failure to appear on your booked date and to reschedule within this policy will result in the loss of the value of the certificate. If you experience is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with the experience provider.
