  • Must be 5 or older to participate in this tour
  • Participants should be in relatively good physical condition
  • Participants who are pregnant or have a medical condition that may interfere with their safety are not allowed to zipline
  • Participants must sign a waiver to participate
  • Full body harness, helmet, and gloves are provided

The exact time per zipline tour can vary greatly due to a number of factors. However, this tour normally takes 2.5 to 4 hours.

Weather Dependent
Trips run rain or shine, but the course will close if extreme high winds or lightning are detected in the area.
What To Wear
Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing. Close-toed shoes are required. Flip flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes are not allowed.
Are there age or weight restrictions?

There are no age restrictions, but all participants must weigh between 50 and 275 pounds.

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Do I need any experience?

No experience necessary! You just need to be in relatively good physical condition.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing. Close-toed shoes are required. Flip flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes are not allowed.

What will the guide provide?

Your guide will provide the ziplining gear and an amazing time!

Are there bathrooms available?

There are bathrooms at the beginning of the tour, but there aren’t any along the tour itself.

Will there be food?

There is a convenience store onsite with drinks, chips, snacks and more available to purchase.

Is there a place to store my personal belongings?

Our partners do not a place to store your personal belongings. Please leave valuables at home or locked in your car out of sight.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed at least two weeks prior with a $5.00 cancellation fee per person or a reschedule with no additional fees. Once it is within  two weeks, you may only reschedule your experience with no additional fees. Within 48 hours of the reservation, there is a $15.00 fee to reschedule. There is a limit of one reschedule per person. Once you have rescheduled your experience, it will be considered a final booking and no rescheduling will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule within the time previously outlined will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
