Susan was very knowledgeable about the city of Chicago. Even as a local, I learned many new interesting facts. Each food spot was charming. The first two were well known so I wasn’t sure what to expect for the rest but that’s where the “secret” part of the tour saved the day and I discovered hidden gems that I would return to. -

Clinton was a great guide. He was a clear communicator and attentive to the group's needs. Ways the tour could be improved: There were some other interesting sites that we walked directly past that could have been pointed out to people, including the Central Standard Building (the location of the General Time Convention), Route 66, and the location of the world's first skyscraper (the Home Insurance Building). Also, it would have been good if the brownie had been with the original recipe from the Palmer House, not Sugar Bliss.
