  • An initial consultation will determine your preferences and specific requests may result in an extra cost
  • There is a .56 cent per mile transportation fee for mileage beyond the first 20 miles from the 46307 zip code

I don't live in Crown Point, will the sommelier travel to my house?
The sommolier will travel, but additional travel fees may apply. For locations over 20 miles from the 46307 zip code, there is a .56 cent per mile transportation fee for mileage.
What do I need to provide?
Rental glassware is not included and is available for an additional fee of $12.00 for 24 standard wine glasses. 
How does the sommolier decide on the wine selection?
Your sommelier will hold an initial consultation with you so that she may better understand your interests. Based on your consultation, your sommelier will select wines in tune with your interests and take care of the rest.
How many different wines will we taste?
Your Wine Tasting Party experience will explore 6 wines.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no cancellations are allowed. Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 week prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 1 week prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
