When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:
Daily - 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Price includes up to 3 passengers (pending weight restrictions)
  • Children must be at least 5 years of age, and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • The individual passenger weight may not exceed 300 pounds
Duration
30 or 45 minutes of flight time depending on the option selected. Flight time is determined from engine start to engine stop.

What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Small camera bags and purses are permitted at the discretion of the pilot and are subject to search.
What if my flight is cancelled due to weather?
We always recommend contacting your pilot on the day of your experience if you have any concerns regarding weather. In the event your flight is cancelled due to weather you can reschedule directly with your pilot.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, passengers must be at least 5 years old. 
Is there a weight limit?

The weight limit is dependent upon the number of passengers. Individual weight cannot exceed 300 lbs. 

What should I wear?

Please wear flat, closed toe shoes and comfortable, weather appropriate clothing. We recommend bringing a jacket with you.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no cancellations are permitted. You may reschedule your flight up 72 hours prior to the booked date. Failure to appear on your booked date, or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your flight will result in a loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
