When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

  • Individuals who wish to consume alcohol must be 21 years old and possess a valid ID
  • No food or drinks are included, but can be purchased separately 
  • Package includes a month of comedy shows 
  • The number of comedy events varies per month, but typically there is at least one a week

This experience includes 30 days of access into local comedy shows. Actual show times and durations may vary.

Is this experience handicap accessible?

Yes! This experience takes place in a ground level business that is easily accessible. 

Is free parking available?

Yes! You can find plenty of parking just outside the theater's entrance. 

Why do I have to be 18 to participate?

Many of the theater's comedy events include adult humor and subject matter that is only suitable for guests 18 and up. 

Can I bring my own food?

Unfortunately outside food and drinks are not allowed. You may bring in your own water and baby formula, but all other food and beverages will not be allowed. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellations are allowed, but you may reschedule up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
