Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.

Staff at helicopter company was really nice and professional. Somewhat difficult to get good views from the center of the helicopter. Pilot sometimes moved too quickly to get a good shot. Nice experience, but probably wouldn't do it again.

I had the usual apprehensions about flying in a small helicopter. So I avoided it for decades. However, after finally doing it, I was so delighted with the experience that I cannot recommend it enough. The pilot was excellent (although he looked so young, I felt reassured just minutes after take-off). The landing was like landing on balloons... so soft and without any anxiety. I wish I had done this years earlier. We live on Maui, and it brought a new appreciation of the beauty of this lovely island we call home.
