When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Essential Information
  • ATV driver must be 16 years old or older with valid driver's license and parental permission, and be accompanied by parents or guardian on tour
  • SXS drivers must be 18 years old with a valid drivers license
  • Maximum weight for drivers is 350 lbs
  • Ages 4-15 must be passengers
  • Helmets and eye protection provided
  • No history of neck or back injury
  • Pregnant women are unable to participate
  • Liability waiver required prior to participation

This experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Maximum Participants
This experience is available for 1 person per ATV and up to 4 participants per SXS on the tour.

This experience is for booked participants only.

This experience runs rain or shine.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers or hiking boots. Bring bathing suit, change of clothes, and a towel.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
