When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

    Essential Information
    • No segway experience necessary, but you should be capable of standing upright for at least 60 minutes
    • Helmets, segways, handlebar bags, and radio earpieces are provided
    • Must be at least 14 years old to operate a segway
    • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
    • Participants cannot exceed 275 pounds
    • Closed-toe flat shoes or sneakers are required. No flip-flops, sandals, heels, etc. will be permitted
    Duration
    This experience lasts approximately 2 hours.

    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. No flip-flops, sandals, heels, etc. will be permitted. Please dress appropriately for expected weather conditions.

    I've never ridden a Segway before, will I be okay?

    Absolutely, most riders are first-timers! You will have one-on-one instruction with your guide before the tour begins, so you feel completely comfortable before heading out on the road.

    What should I wear?

    Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers or athletic shoes, as you will be standing for the duration of the tour. Flip flops, sandals, high heels, etc. will not be permitted.

    Are there any restrictions to participate?

    All riders must be at least 14 years old and cannot exceed 275 pounds. If riders are under 18 years old, a parent, guardian, or responsible adult must accompany them. 

    How will I hear my tour guide?

    You will be equipped with a special radio earpiece so you won't miss a single comment or anecdote from your guide!

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
