When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Tuesday through Sunday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Driver must have valid photo ID dated before January 1,1988 OR be 18 with a PWC Boaters Safety Certificate
  • Each person operating or riding on a Jet Ski must wear a life vest provided
  • Passengers on Jet Skis may be as young as 5 years old with signed permission from guardian
  • All Jet Ski operators and passengers are required to sign a Liability Waiver
  • Designated riding areas are strictly enforced
  • Weight limit is 400lbs

What To Wear
Dress as if you were headed to the beach. A swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended.

Do I have to take the boater safety course?

If born on or after January 1, 1988, a Boater Safety Course must be completed prior to the check in of your jet ski rental. The experience provider recommends Florida’s PWC Boater Safety Course Test.

What is the weight limit?

400lbs total 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
