    • This tour includes your own F13 mini speed boat, USCG approved life jacket and instruction covering boating basics, rules of the road, tour hand signals and a professionally trained guide leading and narrating the tour
    • Total weight on the boat may not exceed 450 pounds
    • To drive the boat alone, participants must be 18yrs old. 16 & up may drive as long as an adult is in the boat as well
    • Due to choppy waters and bouncing along the surface, this tour is not recommended for guests with neck or back problems or a recent surgery; pregnant woman should not participate

    Approximately 2 hours, covering 15 miles

    Maximum Participants
    This tour is available for up to 10 participants, however only 2 people are allowed on board each individual boat.
    Spectators
    This experience is for booked participants only.
    Weather Dependent
    The tour may have to be canceled or rescheduled based on heavy rains or bad weather. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather conditions.
    What To Wear
    Wear what you would to the beach, depending on the temperature (swimsuit in the summer, jacket in the winter). Sun block, sunglasses and a towel for afterwards are also recommended.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. These measures include wiping down rental equipment after every use as well as high-touch areas (such as door knobs) multiple times a day. They will provide both staff and guests with hand sanitizer when needed. Additionally, our partners will be promoting social distancing while going through the rental process.

    Is any boating experience necessary?

    No previous experience is necessary. This speed boat adventure begins with a routine safety orientation on the basics of boating and the rules of the water.

    Are there any weight restrictions?

    Total combined weight per boat may not exceed 450 lbs. 

    Is there a minimum age to participate?

    Children must be at least 5 years of age and accompanied by a parent or guardian. To drive the boat alone, participants must be at least 18 years of age. 16 & up may drive as long as an adult is accompanying them in the boat.

    Is this experience wheelchair accessible?

    No, unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible.

    What if I get seasick?

    Normally seasickness is caused by the slow rolling motion in the ocean. Since our speedboats move along at high speeds it normally doesn’t bother people that are prone to getting seasick.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, you are permitted to either reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours prior to your booked date. Once you are within 72 hours of your booked date, all bookings for this experience are final, and no changes can be made. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule or cancel in accordance with these requirements will result in the loss of value of your experience.
