When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Maximum weight limit per person is 290 lbs
  • Maximum combined passenger weight limit is 650 lbs
  • Children of all ages are welcome
  • Headsets and personal flotation devices are included
Duration
Approximately 1 hour total, with a flight time of 45 minutes from engine start to stop.
Experience Provider Info
Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. Maximum Participants
This tour is available for up to 3 participants so long as the maximum combined weight is under 650 lbs.

What can I expect on the tour?

You can expect to have a great time with friendly and knowledgeable pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing a scenic helicopter ride over the beautiful beaches of Pinellas County.

What type of helicopter will we be flying on?

You will be flying on a Raven II R44 with an FAA-certified pilot.

Are there any age restrictions?

All ages are welcome.

Are there any weight restrictions?

The weight limit per passenger is 290 lbs, and the combined passenger weight limit is 650 lbs.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that the date is cancelled due to inclement weather or maintenance issues with the aircraft, you may reschedule directly with the experience provider.
